I disagree with the idea that international terrorism ever can be eliminated. I have two reasons to support my opinion.
My primary reason is that people in the countries that is having terrorism could have historical background. For example, if we can stop having a war in their countries, we can't imagine how historical background they have. So, it is hard to get rid of terrorism.
Another reason is that there is a limit of financial costs. Even if there is a restriction of using money, they will cut money to give people who suffer from terrorism and bad people use that money. As a result, there is no way to stop them completely.
Considering all of the above factors, I think international terrorism is too hard to remove.

I disagree with the idea that international terrorism can ever be eliminated. I have two reasons to support my opinion.
My primary reason is that many regions suffer from complex historical backgrounds that fuel conflict. For example, even if nations intervene to stop a war temporarily, the deep-rooted hatred from the past often remains. It is almost impossible to erase these historical memories, so new terrorists will continue to emerge.
Another reason is that there is a limit to controlling financial costs and flows. One example of this is that restricting money is extremely difficult because terrorists often divert funds meant for aid. Even if strict measures are taken, bad actors will steal resources intended to help people. As a result, there is no way to stop them completely.
Considering all of the above factors, I think that international terrorism is too deeply rooted to be eliminated.

「主張 ➜ 理由 ➜ 具体例 ➜ 結論」というフォーマットには綺麗に沿えています。今後は、1つの段落に1つのトピックのみを配置する（One paragraph, one topic rule）原則を、ご自身の研究論文（IMRAD形式）のアブストラクト執筆などにも応用していくことで、グローバル基準のライティング能力が確立されます。
